This is PageFlow LLC’s (“PageFlow”) privacy policy. This document explains PageFlow’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. PageFlow abides by applicable privacy legislation. PageFlow provides document management, scanning and storage services.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
PageFlow collects information by various methods, primarily as actively provided by its customers. PageFlow customers use PageFlow services to store information about their customers. PageFlow may see personal information in the documents stored by PageFlow customers. The types of personal information we collect include contact and payment information. We may record calls to or from our customer service representatives for purposes of accuracy, performance reviews and training. PageFlow collects only the IP address, but not the e-mail address, of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what web pages people access or visit, user-specific information on what pages people access or visit. We use cookies to store visitor preferences.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
This information is used to provide our services. PageFlow does not access, share, or use information PageFlow customers store in our services, except to the extent necessary for and for the time necessary to provide our services. For example, PageFlow does not share personal information with any third party advertisers or data brokers or amongst PageFlow customers. PageFlow may use metadata, use metrics, aggregate, or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified PageFlow customers or identified individuals for various other uses for itself, and which PageFlow may share with other PageFlow customers or third parties. The information stored in our services, and processing, is done using a third party cloud provider located in the United States.
WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
PageFlow does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. PageFlow may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist PageFlow’s uses disclosed herein.
SECURITY
Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information. Details are available upon request.
ACCESSING INFORMATION
Individuals may review their personal information contained in PageFlow files (other than that stored on PageFlow services by PageFlow customers, for which the individual must contact our customer) by contacting the PageFlow privacy officer. For personal information under PageFlow control (not that stored on PageFlow services by PageFlow customers) if an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.
GENERAL
PageFlow may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how PageFlow uses or discloses personal information already held by PageFlow in a material way, PageFlow will obtain consent. This policy was last updated on February 16, 2023. Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
